Our mission is to be a recognised leader in commercial fit outs. Our Director, has worked in the industry for 16 years and in that time, he realised that service was a failure within the industry and as such set about ensuring that service played a major role in his values, forming CFS and getting his VBA approved commercial licence. Our aim is to create an experience for our clients that revolves around service, quality and satisfaction. Our client referral’s have been our biggest source of business to date and we believe that speaks volumes about CFS.

Our services range from initial base build works to tenancy reconfigures, small to large retail and commercial fit outs, through to high end interior finishes. CFS offers a turnkey solution for all of our projects.

CFS prides itself on having a family environment, and in turn, that allows all our workers to be at their full potential. Our team has worked together long before CFS was created. The team of three Project Managers have been in the industry for 20 plus years bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to our projects. Our Shopfitters and Cabinet Makers work hand in hand in bringing our projects to life, they pride themselves on being highly skilled tradesman, knowing they achieve all facets of the industry with an emphasis on a high standard being achieved.

CFS is committed to passing our knowledge and professionalism down to the next generation, as such, we aim to employ one apprentice every 1-2 years. We believe doing this is, it’s our way of giving back to the industry, it ensures we continue to bring the same values and quality of work into our workplace while ensuring our growth.

CFS is a one stop shop, with custom made joinery right through to complete fit outs, from Hospitality, Retail and Office fit outs. We have the knowledge of the Hospitality industry to ensure every aspect of a fit out are met, we can provide all facets of the build, whether that be kitchen equipment, metal work etc, we can make it happen. We have a market in hospitality fit outs, as there are more challenges to these projects, this excites us and CFS is well equipped to take on such projects. Retail projects, although similar challenges we find these are more about timelines, but CFS has the ability to turn these projects over with tight time constraints to get the client trading.
